EMS has changed my muscular imbalances after just 2 sessions. As an avid exercise enthusiast, I have tried everything and EMS was the "physical therapy" I never knew I needed. Turner is very knowledgeable and professional. Great for anyone with a busy schedule. It has to be tried to fully grasp the workout. I go to the gym almost every day and I did a 20 minute EMS workout and felt more accomplished. The muscle to mind concept is sometimes difficult for me to achieve in the gym but EMS did it for me.
Meredith and Turner are awesome and super knowledgeable. We did a weekly group session with 4 girls, got in our exercise and got to catch up at the same time? They made adjustments and corrections when needed to ensure we all had the correct form and modified for any type of injuries we came in with. Feeling stronger each week. I would highly recommend!

I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and attended The University of Texas as a Fine Art Studies major. I grew up swimming competitively starting at the age of 5 years old and worked my way up to the collegiate level. I was inspired to join the fitness industry after reflecting on the value and lessons learned through my swimming career as well as working with a personal trainer of my own.
I provide customized in person EMS training where I focus on strength, conditioning, and weight loss programming. My fitness lifestyle taught me that hard work pays off and that a positive attitude helps achieve your goals, so let me cater to your individual goals and be your biggest cheerleader along the way!
